Terms of use

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. The first version is designed for adults in the United States managing conflict between exactly two cats who can be safely separated.

Educational purpose

Cat Reintro Guide provides general educational decision support. It is not veterinary care, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or a substitute for a veterinarian or qualified behavior professional.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for supervision, physical separation, household safety, and seeking appropriate professional care. Do not place your body between fighting cats. Stop using the automated flow when a safety warning appears.

No outcome guarantee

We do not guarantee that cats will become friends, share space safely, complete a stage by a specific date, or respond in a particular way.

Paid founding beta

After activation, the planned one-time $19 founding beta provides seven days of access. Waffo Pancake is the seller of record for the checkout transaction. The price, included features, refund policy, and seller identity must be displayed before payment.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse access links, interfere with the service, attempt to access another person’s plan, automate abusive requests, or copy and resell product content.

Term, suspension, and termination

These terms apply while you use the preview or any paid access. If we reasonably believe that you violated these terms, misused the service, attempted unauthorized access, engaged in fraud or abusive requests, or created a security or animal-safety risk, we may issue a warning, limit features, suspend access, or terminate access. Where practical, we will use a proportionate response and explain the reason. We may also temporarily pause or terminate the service for maintenance, legal requirements, security investigation, or a safety review.

When access ends, you must stop using the service and any access link. Nothing in this section removes refund rights described in the Refund Policy or rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Availability and changes

A research preview may change, pause, or close. A safety issue may suspend access while the rules are reviewed. Rule changes are versioned; an active plan remains pinned to its original rule version unless a safety correction requires suspension.
